[vtkusers] Mesa-3.4.2-7

Hello :

i am having trouble getting vtk 4.0 compiled and/or an example
application compiled with Mesa support.  i am attempting to use
Mesa (Mangle Mesa??) to do offscreen rendering.  i have set the
following variables in the main CMakeCache.txt file and attempted
to rebuild :

VTK_MANGLE_MESA:BOOL=ON
MESA_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=/usr/lib/libMesaGLw.a
MESA_MANGLE_PATH:PATH=/VTK (where VTK is installed and MangleMesaInclude
dir.)
MESA_OS_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=NOTFOUND

i am using the RedHat 7.2 mesa-3.4.2-7.i386.rpm that was installed when
RedHat 7.2 was installed.  the error(s) i get while recompiling VTK are
Include errors such as
/VTK/MangleMesaInclude/gl.h (or glext.h): No such file or directory.
For some reason it
can't find the files in the MangleMesaInclude directory, yet they are
there.  i would
appreciate any suggestions.
