[vtkusers] Can't get vtkPanel to show up in JFrame

Hi,

Im new to vtk and I am developing an app in which I want to put a vtk
renderer into a JFrame.  Is there a tutorial somewhere showing how to do
this?  Ive been looking in the vtk archives and there seems to be this
same questions showing up over and over again but I never see a solution.
Can someone point me in the right direction?  thanks!
