[vtkusers] Starbase support on HP workstations

It looks like VTK version 2.3 was the last version with Starbase support
in it. You can get it using cvs with the following repository

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/VTK login
password is just vtk
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/VTK co vtk
cd vtk
cvs update -r release-2-3-0 -dP

(there are plenty of cvs docs on the web if you are not familiar with
cvs)

We might support DirectX in the future and of course at one point we did
support Starbase. But the cost benefit of supporting Starbase dropped
off.
