[vtkusers] anyone know this error?

Hi,
I am trying to install vtk4.0 on XP for the first time
use/try. I installed the VTK source and CMake and
follow the directions for window platform. But when I
click 'configure', there is an error as "CMake
Error:Error:source: C:/VTK/CMakeLists.txt does not
match source used to generate C:/VTK/CMakeLists.txt 
Re-run the cmake with a different directory."
