[vtkusers] cropping orthogonal to the viewplane

Dear VTK-gurus,

I would like to crop a volume always orthogonal to the viewplane. Therefore, I 
guess I will have to reslice the volume once I have rotated the camera about it.
I should probably use vtkImageReslice for that purpose. However, I'm not sure 
if my idea will work at all. 
I'm very grateful for all suggestions and remarks.
