[vtkusers] Builing vtk4.0 on MacOSX 10.2

Hi,

you have to use VTK from CVS if you want to use it with MacOS X. And it would 
be easier if use use CMake from CVS as well. If you do this it works with the 
Carbon- and the X11-interface.
