[vtkusers] vtkScalarBarActor and log color maps

The current CVS version of VTK supports vtkLogLookupTable and 
vtkScalarBarActor, treating the log lookup table correctly. Look at the 
example Graphics/Testing/Tcl/HyperScalarBar.tcl
