[vtkusers] bugs with Cmake 1.6 windows

In the CMake GUI there is a Build For: option, for visual sutdio 7,
choose the "Visual Studio 7" option.

This option is in both CMake 1.6 and 1.4.  For CVS VTK, you must
now use CMake 1.6.
