[vtkusers] configuring vtk on windows2000

Dear Users

I was wondering if anyone could help me solve this problem. I got 
Cmake1.6.exe on my windows machine (2000) and tried to configure the cvs 
version of VTK. The problem is with CMAKE_MAKE_PROGRAM since it can not 
find the correct path for it so I manually edited the CMakeCache.txt and 
added STRING=msdev but now it complains that it can not find it.

can anyone make a suggestion
