WG: [vtkusers] vtk_qt -- renderwindow widget won't obey layout rules

It should resize automatically.

Since I'm also currently using vtk inside a qt Application, I 
could post some demo code that makes it clear, how to use it. 
Also, if anybody is interested, I could publish my Makefile for 
vtkqt1.7.
