[vtkusers] Interface with Qt

Dear VTK people,

There is quite a lot of interest around in using VTK with a qt interface. 
There are various solutions around on the net - vtkandqt, vtkQGl etc - but 
they tend to come and go by chance. Is there any possibility of Kitware 
building in a qt interface as part of the distribution? It would probably only 
involve a couple of extra classes, and could be done by incorporating code 
from one of the existing solutions (by negociation of course).
