[vtkusers] Can not connect to public.kitware.com

Yes, I have also tracked the problem to the nameserver here at INRIA,
Sophia-Antipolis, France. No problems in connecting from Denmark.

So it is probably just a question of time before the local nameserver is
refreshed.
