[vtkusers] VTK40 under Win2000

Hi 
I have just upgraded my OS, from Win98 to Win2000.
Nothing is working anymore. Is there a special setup to get the VTK4.0 running again?

PS: I set TCLLIBPATH and put the VTK directory in the path.
