[vtkusers] Multiple vtkScalarBarActors in a window

Does anyone have example code on how to place multiple (usually 2 or 3)
vtkScalarBarActors in a single window?  I want to place these in "columns"
along the left side of the view.  I have coded something which should work,
but although the vtkScalarBarActors show up when the window is initially
rendered, as soon as a rotation is done, they disappear and vtk seems to be
unstable from then on.
