[vtkusers] Cygwin Build

I'm trying to build the nightly release on a 
Win2000 box under cygwin. I'm getting a huge
amount of undefined externals when it tries
to build the Imaging .dll.  

the first is :
undefined reference to
vtkImageIterator<double>::vtkImageIterator(vtkImageData *, int *)


Has anyone built
the Nightly release under cygwin,shared,python
recently ?
