[vtkusers] FTGLDemo build....can't find GL/glut.h

I was trying to add the FTGLDemo to my good build (9/3 CVS build) and I am 
getting errors. I did not see a place in cmake to tell it where to find 
the file. The file is on my system in a folder called GL but how do I 
point cmake there?  ...john
