[vtkusers] Cursor

New vtk user going through the growing pains.

Trying to visualise 3D structures for stress analysis classes previously
developed.  Trying to interface to the system and require a 3D cursor for
user interface.  
Documentation adequately shows the creation of vtkCursor3D but the
documentation does not show (even the examples) how to integrate into the
window system.

Can anyone show me the way?
