[vtkusers] Building DLL

Hello everybody,

I downloaded the sources of vtk classes and I have generated the .dsw 
project for MSDev 6.0, with CMAKE program.

After the compilation I found only .lib file and not the dll files. Why? 
Have I to set some particular environment variable in the CMakeList file? 
Or the compilation have only to produce .lib file
