[vtkusers] vtkWrapTcl

Hi,gurus,
Just a basic question : anybody can tell me how to use vtkWrapTcl in
vtk4.0 ? I know in vtk3.2, you can make a executable called "vtk" under
the directory of tcl, and use it to show tcl scripts, I am assuming in
vtk4.0 it use vtkWrapTcl instead of this application, but what is
input/hint file and "is_concrete" mean ??
