[vtkusers] Anybody has good color/monochrome lookup tables/colormaps

Hello,

I usually use an automatically generated LUT, which does not seem to
lead to good-looking results with the values I provide. I'd really
appreciate it if you could send me your favourite manual or
automatically generated LUT, e.g., hue ranges, number of colors etc.
