[vtkusers] How can I find a 'What polygon is included in other polygon..'

I find a solutions for make 2D delaunay triangle surface have in two 
hole....

but I have one more problem...
 
It is 'How can I select a big one in polygons...
 
I hope a find a automatic 2D delaunay triangluate solution in many polygons 
with 2D plane....
