[vtkusers] Changing the environment paths for vtk40 on win2k

hi,

I have TclPro1.4 on my laptop installed by the install wizard provided with 
the application. On my win2k laptop Vtk40 complains it can't find a useable 
init.tcl. The search path it reports is not valid to my Tcl installation. 
Where do I go tell vtk40 what paths to search?
