[vtkusers] How to build vtk4.x into one dll just like vtk3.2?

You'd have to modify the cmakelists files to create a singler large library.
Or create your own makefile to do similar.

The vtk libraries are getting so big that some compilers choke on a single
large lib. This is why it was dropped (and for easier maintenance etc).

    I have search the mailing list and tru to find answer
from readme file in vtk4.x, but I can't find answer for
building vtk4.x into one big dll like vtkdll.dll similar to
vtk3.2. Any suggestion is welcome. Thanks.
