[vtkusers] Swing Based vtkPanel

Hi

Now I down the vtk version from 4.0 to 3.2 because of private reason.
(I never run SimpleVTK.java, and I use a little bit modified version
vtkPanel for my own pourposes. The basics is same.)

My colleague still uses VTK 4.0 on win2k and jdk 1.3.1.
If my remember is correct, he successfly run SimpleVTK and vtkPanel.
