[vtkusers] concave polygons

I don't know of any filters that do precisely what you want. Assuming this is just an issue for rendering, you could use vtkTriangleFilter on the whole polygon dataset. If your polygons have holes try Tom Cintrinitis vtkGLUTesselatorTriangleFilter.
