Not testing it seriously but was playing with it and found that under
Linux keyboard interaction didnt work (as I expected) -- i.e. arrow
keys had no effect.  I also found that i needed to press the mouse
down for a while and release it.  Only when the mouse was released did
it actually move/rotate/do anything.  BTW, I've not played with the
class before VTK 4.x so I have no clue if this is how it actually
works.
