OK, done, in vtkMy/Examples/Cxx/Ex2 and vtkMy/Examples/Tcl/
Basically it's a copy of Examples/Tutorial/Step1/../Cone, and you can also 
have a look at all other VTK examples in Examples/, there are just fine for 
a starting point.
