[vtkusers] hidden methods

Hi,

In the VTK textbook (2nd edition), it mentions that "not all of the
methods that are available from C++ are accessible in Tcl". As
suggested, it is due to difference between C++ and Tcl. However I cannot

find any documentation which describes those methods. Does anybody know
what they are?

Is there a similar limitation between other wrappers, such as Java and
Python? How big is the scope of limitation?

Any comments would be appreciated.
