I've changed my mind. I think reading a file, inserting cells, reading the
next, inserting cells etc etc will still give you what you want and the
PolyDataWriter will write it out cleanly. Doing each file, one by one, will
probably force you to have jumbled up lists of lines/polylines etc and might
ne a dirty solution
