[vtkusers] vtkusers : Change the vtktcl library

Hi everybody,

I would like to create a new type of vtkCell like hexaedre
or triangle, so I change the header files that I need to
change. But then I would like to know how I have to
recompile the library to create the new vtktcl.dll.
I use VisualC++ and Swig but I doesn't work.

Do anyone could help me?
