Hi, Arsene,

regarding 1) only:

our vtkCISG registration toolkit, which is an extension of vtk, contains a
number of medical image file format readers and writers, including Analyze and
Interfile. You can download it from http://www.image-registration.com for
Windows, as Linux rpms and the source code.
