[vtkusers] Runing tcl scripts on W2K

Hi,
How do I run the tcl scripts in windows?
I have wish and vtk 3.x installed.
In particular
B:\vtk-src-windows\graphics\examplesTcl\Decimate.tcl

Under Linux it is easy, I run
  vtk Decimate.tcl


Under Windows 2000
If I run Wish and source Decimate.tcl I get the following error.
% invalid command name "vtkPoints"
I guess I have to set paths and environment variables up.

Any suggestions?
