[vtkusers] reversed dimension

Have a happy new year~!

I'm using hdf5 to save my data(Image Data, Rectilinear Grid or
Structured Grid).  And, convert to VTK file format using h5tovtk.  After
the visualization of my data, I always see the reversed dimension. i.e.
(x,y,z)->(z,y,x).  I think that the VTK dataset uses different order of
dimension.  Is there any simple method to recover this reversed
dimension?
