[vtkusers] question

hi,
I am new about VTK, when I install VTK, I met a problem.
I uese PC, after I execute cmakesetup, from the help, I see I should start up
msdev and load VTK.dsw, but I can not found msdev? where I can find msdev,can 
you help me?
