[vtkusers] VTK_AUTOLOAD_PATH no longer used.

[Moreland, Kenneth]

It appears that vtkObjectFactory no longer loads dll/so files pointed to by
VTK_AUTOLOAD_PATH.  Has this been replaced with some other facility?
