[vtkusers] Help me with vtk file triangle strips

Randy,

I don't think you have specified your triangle strips correctly. You say 
that there is 1 cell and 138 elements total, then in your first cell you 
claim to have only 48 elements? Perhaps if your 48 were a 138 it would read 
the file.
