[vtkusers] Explicit template instanciation

Hi all,

  I'm trying to compile VTK using the Sun 6.0 compiler.  Everything looks fine, but the
vtkImageIterator templates do not get explicitly instanciated and thus produce link errors.  I
tracked things down to a CMake variable regarding the compiler's capabilities.  Can someone tell me
how to change this behavior?
