[vtkusers] Rendering performance in stereo-capable windows

Hi David,
Thanks for your suggestion but I think this is not a solution because I can create a
vtkRenderWindow without stereo capabilaty and then rendering is really fast, but zwitching to
crystal-eyes-stereo is not possible.
On the other hand I can create the window with stereo capability and do stereo rendering with ok
speed (half as fast as monoscopic in mono window).
Doing monoscopic rendering in a stereo window works but is only 5% as fast as stereo rendering.
My system is Win2K with a G-Force card.
