[vtkusers] about the MDI program

Dear all:
            I have some question about the MDI applications under VC+windows.
if I open more than 4 windows in an MDI application.for example I opened 4
windows, then if I close one of the windows, the actor in one of the 3 left window
will also disppear. and there is only the background. I don't know why, 
can anyone have this kind of experience and tell me how to solve this question?
