[vtkusers] Clipping PolyData with PolyData

Hi Sylvian,
  You are one of four new requests for the vtkImplicitPolyData code, in 
addition to the request by Chris. I will send everyone a copy of the code 
directly. Can you and the others let me know how it works. If this is a 
useful class I will look at getting it added to vtk.
