[vtkusers] Errors in VTK4.0

Hi,
My machine runs the nightly builds for vtk4.0 (site asad.rpi).
I've been getting a large number of failed tests. I tried to run
one of them (all are tcl tests), I get the error complaining that
it can't find the vtk package.
I don't use tcl very frequently, can anyone tell me how to solve
this problem?
