[vtkusers] vtkImageclip data cannot transfer to seprate vtkimageviewer

I had this problem a few days ago.

I use vtkImageTranslate (or somrthing like that to translate the output
of vtkImageClip. don't know if it's the right way but it's the only I
find and it works !!
