[vtkusers] user interface

[Jerome Coloos]

Hi,

On Windows, I'm using wxWindows (http://wxwindows.org) and the wxVTKWindow
class from David D. Marshall & Brian Todd.

Vtk behaves well and wxWindows is a good GUI.
