[vtkusers] vtk borland makefiles with cmake

Hi all,

I was checking out the vtk repository with cvs. But my
cvs program does not download the CMakeLists.txt files
that CMake obviously needs. I want to build vtk for
Borland C++ Builder 5.0 on Windows 2000. Does anybody
have any experience with this, or can give me a hint
how to use CMake with the checked out vtk repository
(where are the CMakeLists.txt files)?
