[vtkusers] How to build with cmake

There is a READ.html file in the VTK directory. You can also take a look at 
the instruction for building ParaView: 
http://public.kitware.com/ParaView/HTML/Install.html . It has information 
about building VTK. It is also useful to look at CMake documentation at 
http://public.kitware.com/CMake/HTML/Documentation.html
