[vtkusers] Parallel VTK

	VTK users and developers,

	In the past, there has been questions on issues such as using
	vtkMultiThreader, thread safety of VTK, using VTK with MPI etc.
	I am working on documenting the use of VTK in shared and distributed 
	memory environments. As a part of this effort, I am updating the 
	VTK FAQ ( http://public.kitware.com/cgi-bin/vtkfaq ) by adding 
	entries related to "parallel VTK". If you have questions which
	might be relevant and which you think should be in the FAQ, please
	let me know.
