[vtkusers] Has the SetLightFollowCamera() been implemented?

Hi, 

Has the function of SetLightFollowCamera() in vtkRenderer been
implemented? I have tried to turn it on (1) and off(0), but found the
light position is not changed. 

Does anyone know how to use it?
