[vtkusers] vtkGlyph3D: scaling only parts of the source

Hi Karin

I recommend vtkProgrammableGlyphFilter. Within the GlyphMethod you can alter
the source properties for each iteration. For examples see progGlyphs.tcl
and progGlyphsBySource.tcl.
