[vtkusers] vtkGlyph3D: scaling only parts of the source

Hi,

I'm using a cone as the source for vtkGlyph3D and everything works fine.
Now I'm trying to find a workaround if I only want to scale the height
or the radius of the cone (or any other source) instead of the whole
one?
