Another possible suggestion is to send a synopsis (perhaps along with
the monthly note to subscribers - it
used to be monthly, though I dont remember receiving it recently - this
had user id, etc.) of changes via email
to subscriber list; the reason
I say this is, I personally rarely look at the FAQ, whereas if it was
sitting in my email once a month I will
know what important changes have been made over the month(or a hyperlink
to the changes, if its too
voluminous).
